modes - modes enforced on the channel, by default +tn (suggested +tn-ki). If somebody changes the modes - BOT will change the modes back & if it was +li mode & user has no +f or +o flags on BOT - he will be punished (by default kicked).
o +n (no external messages) everyone who is not in the channel will be unable to say something to the channel if he is not in the channel.
o +t (only Ops can set topic) prevents opless users changing the topic.
o +i (invite only) everyone needs an invite to join your channel.
o +m (moderated) only ops & voiced people.
o +k (key) nobody can join the channel without the correct key.
o +l (limit to ...) everyone will be able to join your channel only if the limit (set by you or by BOT) is not reached (number of ppl on chan is less than channel limit) or if it is invited by an channel OP.
o +p (private) the channel will not show in your whois & it will not show in the channels list.
o +s (secret) the channel will not show when someone who isn't in your channel does a whois on you.
o +r (registered users only) only people authenticated with X can join your channel (undernet specific mode).
To turn this setting off - don't specify any flag.

* idle-kick - kick idle users on the channel after a period of time specified by you, except +f users (in minutes). To turn this setting off - specify 0.

* stopnethack-mode - deop anyone who enters the channel with server ops.
o 0 turn off.
o 1 isoptest (allow serverop if registered op).

* aop-delay - this is used for autoop, autohalfop, autovoice. If an op or voice joins a channel while another op or voice is pending, the bot will attempt to put both modes on one line.
o aop-delay 0 No delay is used.
o aop-delay X An X second delay is used.
o aop-delay X:Y A random delay between X & Y is used.

* ban-time - setup how long temporary bans will last (in minutes). If you set this setting to 0, the bot will never remove them. Besides this ban-time is used when punishing for publicity, swears, etc.

* exempt-time - set here how long temporary exempts will last (in minutes). If you set this setting to 0, the bot will never remove them. The bot will check the exempts every X minutes, but will not remove the exempt if a ban is set on the channel that matches that exempt. Once the ban is removed, then the exempt will be removed the next time the bot checks.
Note: this is an IRCnet feature.

The exempt remains active on the channel for as long as the ban is still active.

* secure - protect the channel. If the channel is +chanserv & there is a takeover on channel - the BOT will remuser taker's access, suspend the user's access which gave access to taker & if reporting is ON - will store a note about take (time, taker's user, user which gave access to taker, actions performed by BOT). Besides, the BOT will NOT allow anyone to set +ik channel modes & to set/unset inadequate values for +l, except +f & +m users. By default, this settings is enabled.

ATASEZ AICI COMENZILE TRADUSE PT CEI CE NU STIU ENGLEZA:

CHANNEL SETTINGS

modes - maniere intarite pe canal, standard +tn (sugerate +tn-ki). Daca cineva schimba modurile - BOTul va transforma modurile inapoi & daca au fost modurile +li & userul nu are flagurile +f sau +o la bot - el va fi pedepsit (cu kick standard). +n (nici un mesaj extern) toti cei care nu sunt pe canal nu vor putea zice nimic pe canal daca nu sunt pe acel canal.

+t (numai operatorii pot seta topicul) previne userii care nu sunt operatori sa schimbe topicul.

+i (numai invite)oricine are nevoie de invitatie pentru a intra pe canalul tau.

+m (moderat) numai ops & oamenii cu voice.

+k (cheie) nimeni nu poate intra pe canal fara cheia corecta.

+l (limita la ...)oricine va putea intra pe canalul tau numai daca limita (setata de tine sau de BOT)nu este atinsa (numarul de oameni de pe canal este mai mic decat limita de canal)sau daca este invitat de un operator de canal.

+p (privat) canalul nu va aparea in whois-ul tau & nu va aparea in lista de canale.

+s (secret) canalul nu va fi aratat cand cineva care nu este in canalul tau va da un whois pe tine.

+r (numai useri inregistrati) numai oameni autentificati la X pot sa intre pe canalul tau (mod specific de undernet)).

stopnethack-mode - deopeaza pe toti cei care intra pe canal cu op de la server. 0 dezactivare.

1 isoptest (permite serverop daca este op inregistrat)).

2 wasoptest (permite serverop daca a fost op inainte de split).

3 permite serverop daca isop sau wasop.

4 permite serverop daca isop & wasop.

5 daca canalul este -bitch: vezi stopnethack-mode 3, daca canalul este +bitch: vezi stopnethack-mode 1.

aop-delay - aceasta este folosita pentru autoop, autohalfop, autovoice. Daca un op sau un voice intra pe canal in timp ce alt op sau voice asteapta sa fie op sau voice, botul va incerca sa puna ambele chipuri in aceeasi linie. aop-delay 0 Nici o intarziere nu este folosita.

aop-delay X O intarziere de X secunde este folosita.

aop-delay X:Y O intarziere aleatorie cuprinsa intre X & Y este folosita.

Setare: !chanset aop-delay 10:30

ban-time - seteaza cat timp vor tine (in minute) ban-urile temporare. Daca specifici 0 la aceasta optiune, botul nu va mai scoate niciodata acest ban-uri. In plus acest ban-time este întrebuințat cand se pedepsesti pentru publicitate,injuraturi,etc(vezi deasemenea ban-reason).
Setare: !chanset ban-time 60

exempt-time - seteaza cat timp vor tine (in minute) scutirile temporare. Daca specifici 0 la aceasta optiune, botul nu le va mai scoate niciodata.Botul va verifica scutirile la fiecare X minute, dar nu va scoate scutirea daca este setat un ban care se va potrivi cu aceea scutire. Odata ce banul a fost scos, scutirea va fi scoasa si ea la urmatoarea verificare pe care o va face botul.
Nota: aceasta este o caracteristica IRCnet.
Setare: !chanset exempt-time 60

invite-time - seteaza cat timp vor tine (in minute) invitatiile temporare. Daca specifici 0 la aceasta optiune, botul nu le va mai scoate niciodata.Botul va verifica invitaiile la fiecare X minute, dar nu va scoate invitatia daca pe canal este setat +i. Odata ce pe canalul a fost setat -i invitatia va fi scoasa la urmatoarea verificare pe care o va face botul .

enforcebans - cand un ban este setat, da kick la oamenii care sunt pe canal & se potrivesc ban-ului? useri cu flagurile +f, +v & +o nu vor primi kick.
Setare: !chanset +enfrorcebans

dynamicbans - actievaza ban-urile de canal doar cand este necesar? Aceasta combate ca lista de ban-uri a canalului sa devina excesiv de lunga. Botul inca va mai tine minte fiecare ban, dar activeaza ban-ul pe canal doar atunci cand vede pe cineva care intra pe canal si se potriveste acelui ban.
Setare: !chanset +dynamicbans

userbans - permite ca banurile sa fie facute direct de useri? Daca este dezactivata, botul va cere ca toate ban-urile sa fie facute prin consola botului.
Setare: !chanset +userbans

need-key - memoreaza cheia canalului (de fapt, botul memoreaza cheia singur,imediat ce este setata pe canal).
Setup: !chanset need-key blabla

autoop - op userii cu flagul +o cand intra pe canal. Aceasta comanda este nesigura & nerecomandata (vezi deasemenea flagul de user +a & flagul de canal aop-delay, op channel flags).

bitch - lasa decat userii cu fagul +o sa fie opati pe canal? Nerecomandat - daca ai X sau ChanServ pe canal userii vor incerca sa dea deop,kick sau ban la bot ca rasbunare & aceasta este o abatere de la regulilor & terminilor a&a.

dontkickops - vrei ca botul sa nu poata sa dea kick la userii cu flagul +o, lasandui pe ei sa faca flood-kick pentru a proteja canalul impotriva atacului cu clone.

inactive - aceasta evită botul sa intre pe un canal ( sau il face sa plece de pe canal daca este deja acolo).Poate fi utila deoarece face botul sa plece de pe canal fara sa piarda setarile,flagurile userilor de pe canal,lista de ban-uri,& fara sa afecteze accessul(vezi deasemenea comenzile templeave & cycle).

statuslog - tine loguri ale status-ului de canal la fiecare 5 minute? Acesta arata statutul botului pe canal (op,voice,etc.)Modurile canalului, & numarul de useri cu +m/+o/+v/+n/+b/+e/+l pe canal.
Setare: !chanset +statuslog

revenge - memoreaza oameni care au dat deop/kick/ban la bot, actuali op, sau prieteni & ii pedepseste? Userii cu flagul +f sunt exceptati de la razbunare.
Setare: !chanset +revenge

revengebot - similar cu optiunea 'revenge', dar se declanseaza decat daca un bot este deopat,kick sau banat.

secret - împiedică canalul de a fi listat in botnet & in baza de date de seen?(deasemenea intervin comenzile channels & stats)

shared - shareaza informatiile userilor pentru acest canal?

cycle - 'cycle'-aza canalul cand nu are op?
Setare: !chanset +cycle

dynamicexempts - activeaza scutirile pe canal doar cand este necesar? Aceasta previne ca lista de scutiri a canalului sa devina excesiv de lunga. Botul isi aminteste toate scutirile, dar activeaza o scutire pe canal cand vede un ban setat care se potriveste cu acea scutire. Scutirea ramane activa pe canal atata timp cat banul este activ.
Setare: !chanset +dynamicexempts

userexempts - permite ca scutirile sa fie facute direct de useri? Daca este dezactivata, botul va cere ca toate scutirile sa fie facute prin consola botului.

dynamicinvites - activeaza invitatiile de pe canal doar cand este necesar? Aceasta previen ca lista de invitatii sa devina excesiv de lunga. Botul isi va aminti fiecare invitatie, dar invitatiile sunt activate doar cand canalul este setat pe modul invite & un user intra dupa ce a cerut o invitatie. Odata setata, invitatia ramane pana cand canalul trece pe modul -i.

userinvites - permite ca invitatiile sa fie facute direct de useri? Daca este dezactivata, botul va cere ca toate invitaiile sa fie facute prin consola botului.

nodesynch - permite non-ops sa schimbe modurile canalului? Aceasta opreste botul de la lupta cu servicii ca ChanServ sau sa dea kick la IRCops cand seteaza modurile de canal fara sa aiba op.

anticolour - pedepseste userii care folosesc culori pe canal (exceptie fac userii cu flagurile +f, +v, +o sau userii care au statutul de op).
Exemplu !chanset +anticolour

antibold - pedepseste userii care folosesc litere ingrosate pe canal (exceptie fac userii cu flagurile +f, +v, +o sau userii care au statutul de op).
Setare: !chanset +antibold

antiunderline - pedepseste userii care folosesc litere subliniate pe canal (exceptie fac userii cu flagurile +f, +v, +o sau userii care au statutul de op).

antinotice - pedepseste userii care folosesc notice pe canal (exceptie fac userii cu flagurile +f, +v, +o sau userii care au statutul de op).

antirepeat - pedepseste userii care se repeta de mai mult de 2 ori (exceptie fac userii cu flagurile +f, +v, +o sau userii care au statutul de op).

antiurl - pedepseste userii care folosesc url pe canal (publicitate la site-uri)(exceptand userii cu flagurile +f, +v, +o si cei cu op).

antireverse - pedepseste userii care folosesc "reverse" pe canal (exceptand userii cu flagurile +f, +v, +o si cei cu op).
Setare: !chanset +antireverse

limit - seteaza la trebuință limita canalului (limita este +7, "grace" este +4, timpul de verificare este 60 seconds).
Setare: !chanset +limit

topic - rezervat pentru uz intern, este activat automat daca topicul este locked (uitati-va la comanda topic si la flagul de canal enforcetopic ).

enforcetopic - cand canalul este desincronizat (cand serverele se desincronizeaza unul de celalat, unii useri nu vad topicul, modurile de canal etc.) si topicul este locked, BOTul va reinoi topicul astfel incat toata societatea va putea sa il vada (uitati-va la comanda topic si la flagul de canal topic ).
Setare: !chanset +enforcetopic

voice - da voice tuturor celor ce intra pe canal (uitati-va si la flagul de canal autovoice ).
Setare: !chanset +voice

halfop - inactiv pana november/december 2005.

op - da op tuturor celor ce intra pe canal. Acest lucru este nesigur si nu este prescris (uitati-va si la flagul de canal autoop ).
Setare: !chanset +op

idle-deop - da deop tuturor celor care fac idle pe canal mai mult decat timpul specificat de tine (exceptie facand userii cu flagul +a ). Pentru a opri aceasta setare - puneti 0 (uitati-va si la flagul de canal idle-kick).

seen - sa pornesti statisticile canalului de seen ? Daca este dezactivat, nu vor fi adaugate informatii la baza de date pentru seen a&a. Daca vrei ca seen sa fie activat dar nu vrei ca numele canalului sa apara pe alte canale uitate la flagul de canal secret .
Setare: !chanset -seen

private - BOTul va bana pe toti cei care nu au access la el (userii fara flagurile +f, +v, +o ) cand vor intra pe canal.

moderate - inactiv pana october/november 2005.

antiflood - inactiv pana october/november 2005.

antitake - un grup de flaguri de canal stas care vor fi activate in acel moment: modes +tn-ik, revenge-mode 1, flood-chan 7:20, flood-ctcp 2:20, flood-join 4:40, flood-kick 3:20, flood-deop 3:20, flood-nick 4:40, ban-time 0, +enforcebans, +dynamicbans, +protectops, +protectfriends, +dontkickops, +revenge, +cycle, +bitch, -autoop, -op.
Setare: !chanset +antitake

strict - un grup de flaguri de canal stas care vor fi activate in acel moment: +antipub, +anticolour, +antibold, +antireverse, +antiunderline, +antiurl, +antinotice, +antiaction, +antirepeat.

paranoia - un grup de flaguri de canal stas care vor fi activate in acel moment: +antitake & +strict.

locked - rezervat pentru userii cu +N global, BOTul nu va pleca niciodata de pe canal si numai un user cu +N global va putea sa dea purge la canal.
Setare: !chanset +locked

suspended - rezervat pentru uz intern, se activeaza automat daca canalul este suspendat (uitati-va si la comanda suspend ).
Setare: !chanset -suspended

chanserv - rezervat pentru uz intern, se activeaza automat daca canalul are X/ChanServ pe canal.

secure - protejeaza canalul.Daca acesta este chanserv & este un takeover pe canal - BOTul ii va remuser taker-ului , va suspenda access-ul userului care a dat access taker-ului & daca reporting este ACTIVAT - va stoca notite despre take (timp, userul taker-ului, userul care a dat access taker-ului, ce anume a facut BOTul). In plus, BOTul nu va permite nimanui (cu exceptia userilor cu +f) sa seteze modurie de canal +ik sau +l care va fi mai mica decat numarul de useri dupa canal etc etc. Standard , aceasta comanda este activata.
Setare: !chanset +secure

ban-reason - seteaza mesajul standard de ban (vezi deasemenea ban-time).
Setare: !chanset ban-reason nu esti bine venit aici

kiss - channel's kiss, used by the command kiss (text substitutions %nick% %from% are available for this setting, see also fuck & mail).
Setup: !chanset kiss gives a kiss to %nick% from %from%

STATS CHANNEL

channels - the list of channels the BOT keeps/makes statistics. Not valid channels will be shown in red colour, valid & +secret channels will be shown as +secret - except if the output is set to msg/notice or console channel (global +v access level requireed)..
